TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

What You'll Do

• Learn about the latest technology in hospitality industry.
• Manage project timelines for software installations.
• Install on-premise database, applications, middleware and interfaces.
• Train clients with a demonstrated understanding of modern technology.
• Collaborate with the client at all levels of the organization (corporate, hotel executives & staff)
• Work with the Project Manager and Application Consultants to exceed service level requirements.
• Submit timely and accurate project status, timecard and other required reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's or Diploma Degree from Information Technology / Information Systems / Electronics; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
• A tech savvy person with an in-depth knowledge of computer software and hardware.
• A Dynamic, self-motivated with initiative, be able to work independently and strong desire to succeed.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or Bali.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
• Strong Project Management and interpersonal skills with the ability to earn respect from the customer project teams.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Technical skills in Microsoft Windows Server Operating System with Active Directory and IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and Bomgar Representative Console.
• Working knowledge of Networks, PC’s and troubleshooting installation issues.
• Previous experience installing / configuring hotel solutions would be an advantage.
