Internship/Position Summary: * The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations Duties & Responsibilities: * Help with Technical Consultant team projects, change requests, data collection and processing in meaningful reports * Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation * Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation * Add features/enhancements to G+D IoT Device code for customers * Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications * Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence - Product config, Customer Data * Other projects and duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications and Skills: * College student in Bachelor's or Master's degree program. Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed * Knowledge of programming languages (C, Python & Java desired) * Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a plus * Knowledge of and experience with Smartcards desired * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel * Good written and verbal communications skills * Ability to take initiative and work independently * Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
