Internship/Position Summary:

  • The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help with Technical Consultant team projects, change requests, data collection and processing in meaningful reports
  • Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation
  • Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation
  • Add features/enhancements to G+D IoT Device code for customers
  • Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications
  • Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence – Product config, Customer Data
  • Other projects and duties as assigned


Requirements Qualifications and Skills:

  • College student in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed
  • Knowledge of programming languages (C, Python & Java desired)
  • Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with Smartcards desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
