Key Responsibilities:
CRM (D365 CE) s Lead Management:
- Improve lead management processes and data consistency.
- Standardize and govern accounts, contacts, and lead data through Master Data Management (MDM).
- Configure system elements to enhance sales tracking and reporting.
Product Management s Integration:
- Optimize Ratelinx/TMS integration for accurate shipping workflows.
- Standardize Unit of Measure (UOM) and replenishment processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM and supply chain needs.
System Integration s Optimization:
- Develop and manage D365 CE integrations with third-party
- Ensure seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
Required Skills s Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in D365
- Holding a Microsoft Certification for D365 professional
- Extensive expertise in D365 CE (Customer Engagement), including configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Experience in CRM-ERP integrations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows, lead management, and sales processes.
- Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems), preferably Ratelinx.
- Knowledge of Unit of Measure (UOM) standardization and replenishment processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.
- Ability to drive process improvements, system optimization, and user adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
->B.Tech/ BE/ MCA from reputed universities/ College
->Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
->Background in supply chain management, logistics, or manufacturing. ->Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud integration tools.
->Experience in Dual Write integration- good to have
->Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
