Senior Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of our software solutions for clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in implementing retail software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of software solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development team to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze client needs and recommend optimal software configurations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
• Train and support end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system.
• Mentor junior implementation staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in T-SQL.
• Deep understanding of software deployment processes, system configuration, and client onboarding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international clients and documentation purposes.
