Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with proven experience in the development of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies. This role demands a proactive professional who can effectively collaborate with client stakeholders, schedule and manage meetings, translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure that deliverables meet organizational goals and quality benchmarks.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Fixing stakeholder’s meetings for application development, collecting, collating business requirements.
• Strong experience on creation of BRD, FRD, User Stories documents.
• Preparation of test cases data. Performing UAT, QA (manual testing).
• Update and management of project related documents, version controls and align them with functional and non-functional / technical requirements.
• Preparation of User manuals, Presentation / demonstration of application to stakeholders.

Technical/ Functional Competencies:

• 5+ years’ working experience throughout SDLC (design, development, release) of web and mobile application development is must.
• Good knowledge of DBMS specially mySQL.
• Well versed with project communications and responsible for the progress as per the expectations of the client. Hands on experience in Agile / scrum methodology, Jira, Confluence.
• Work experience in the development of E-commerce, Banking or Marketplaces is preferrable.
• Experience in client / vendor coordination, stake holder management, gap analysis, requirement tracking.
