Salary: $35.63 to $41.25 hourly
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to the implementation and optimization of Ellucian Colleague, particularly its transition to the cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
- Configure Colleague ERP modules to align with university processes, with minimal coding involved.
- Develop and document business process flows to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends related to ERP systems in higher education.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Ellucian Colleague ERP, including leading cloud-based implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
