Job Description

Mission

• You will be part of a large-scale project for the development of HR administration & payroll frontend solutions to the customer segment of “”midsized employers””.
• You will support the chief technology architect in the continuous supervision of the project. You will deepen analyses and work out technical solutions in more detail. You will work in close interaction with the head technology architect who will manage you directly.
• You will be part of a dedicated project team consisting of product owner – project manager – architect (business and technology) – scrum master – analysts and multiple development teams
  
  

Function

• Developing technical solutions: proposing architecture, evaluating and proposing choices adapted to functional needs
• Ensuring a pragmatic balance between robustness and simplicity
• You help determine the development standards and the overall technical framework
• You support analysts, project managers and developers in projects
• Modeling and documenting architecture (including ArchiMate and C4)
  
  

Profile

• Experience designing microservices/applications in java springboot, sql, rest api’s,…
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as event hub, service bus, cosmos db, sql server
• Experience with design patterns to build robust and scalable solutions
• Strong knowledge & experience of Java solutions and frameworks
• Experience in an HR Services environment (payroll calculation & administration) is a plus.
