Job Title: Technical Architect Job Description We are seeking a highly competent Technical Architect who will excel in both teaching and designing. This role requires someone with extensive experience in managing projects from conceptualization to construction. Expertise in Revit is essential for hands-on work, and knowledge of CA code is necessary as it will cover the majority of the work. Responsibilities * Design and oversee restaurant designs, retail storefronts, and hospitality renovations or remodels. * Lead projects primarily within the repurposing or reconstruction space. * Mentor and instruct team members, explaining processes and fostering an outgoing and communicative work environment. * Manage operations in California and coordinate with the leadership team. * Communicate daily with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project accuracy and timely completion. * Oversee construction administration and manage construction documents. * Engage in client and vendor communication to ensure successful project execution and adaptability to changes. Essential Skills * Expertise in Revit and construction management. * Proficiency in teaching and design management. * Experience in restaurant and retail design. * Strong client communication skills. * Ability to manage projects from start to finish. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Construction management certification or experience is advantageous. * Education from recognized institutions such as Yale, Notre Dame, or Washington University, St. Louis is preferred.
