What's in It for You? * Fully Remote Flexibility - Work from anywhere in Wisconsin while collaborating with cross-functional global teams * Strategic Influence - Lead solution architecture and shape the future of enterprise PLM implementations * Complex, High-Impact Work - Solve real business problems for a global organization with robust digital transformation goals * Collaborative Culture - Join a team that values deep expertise, innovative thinking, and transparent communication Your Role & Responsibilities * Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance PLM solutions tailored to enterprise needs * Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical design and solution blueprints * Lead end-to-end PLM implementation efforts, including solution design, data modeling, integrations, and customization * Evaluate and recommend PLM tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture standards * Support technical delivery across global teams and ensure architectural integrity throughout project lifecycles * Continuously optimize PLM solutions and advocate for process improvements and emerging best practices Skills & Experience You Should Possess * 10+ years of experience in PLM technology and architecture (Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or similar) * Strong background in enterprise architecture and solution design * Proficiency in integrating PLM systems with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications * Proven ability to guide technical teams, lead complex projects, and engage directly with stakeholders * Experience with cloud deployments, security best practices, and performance optimization Bonus Points If You Have: * Expertise in PLM platform migrations or large-scale upgrades * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices * Familiarity with digital thread or digital twin concepts Education & Certifications You Need: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) * Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus What We Offer At Trissential, we believe that talented people deserve to work on meaningful projects with great companies.
