What you'll be doing -

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate: Analyze technical requirements, transforming them into tailored solutions that drive value for our clients, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Design with excellence: Architect technical solutions that incorporate industry best practices and seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate for success: Partner with developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with project goals.
• Build and test: Develop and rigorously test solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability in both on-premises and cloud deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve: Become the technical problem-solving hero! Rapidly tackle implementation and post-deployment issues, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate clearly: Break down complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders – from fellow engineers to business executives – with clarity and confidence.
• Client support: Provide world-class technical support and assistance to our valued customers.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn about new technologies and trends, shaping the future of our solution offerings.
• Advise and guide: Offer architectural guidance to customers, helping them build solutions that achieve their business goals.

• Document for success: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation (architecture diagrams, specs, requirements) that empower your team for long-term success.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Proven Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Manager/Engineer, or a similar role.
• Technical mastery with deep understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies (AWS, Ali Cloud, Azure).
• Deep knowledge in backend development experience with Java, Nodejs, PHP, .net, JS
• Containerization expertise with experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies.
• Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Exceptional communicator and clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solver with exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills for addressing complex issues with agility.
• Team Player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Customer focused and dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of system development diagrams, including Functional Diagram, Sequence Diagrams, UML, and Flow Charts
• Good command of spoken and written English.
