We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in Big Data and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing and developing applications using these technologies and will be passionate about exploring new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Data Warehouse modernization approach and strategy for the customer.
• Align the customer on the overall approach and solution.
• Design systems to meet performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve technical queries and issues for the team.
• Work with the team to establish an end-to-end migration approach for one use case, enabling the team to replicate the same for other iterations.

Technical Skills:

• Experience: 10+ years in the industry.
• Big Data and Cloud Technologies: Expertise in designing and developing applications using Big Data and Cloud technologies.
• Spark and Hadoop Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Spark and Hadoop ecosystem components.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with any of the Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Shell scripting and Java/Python.
• Data Ingestion, Processing, and Orchestration: Strong knowledge in these areas.

Preferred Skills:

• Migration Projects: Experience with migration projects on Hadoop.
• Workflow Engines: Knowledge of one of the Workflow engines like Oozie or Autosys.
• Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Automation: An automation approach to problem-solving.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
