What are we looking for? Hands on experience on ASP.net, C#, ADO. Net and VB.net

Proficient in MVC, Entity framework, Web API for REST web services

Hands on experience on Development tools: SVN/Tortoise SVN, JIRA

Good knowledge on OOPs, Databases and HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript and JQuery.

Hands on experience on Design Patterns like : Singleton, Factory, Observer, Abstract (Any 1 of these)

Experience in Angular JS would be a plus

Good Knowledge on WCF, Web Services and Linq.

Leading a team of developers, involved in requirement gathering & analysis

Should have excellent spoken and written English

Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.

Ability to conduct code reviews for junior team members and suggest improvisations in the code aligning to the best practices.

Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverable.

Communication Skills Very Good written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to convey thoughts to other team members and clients.

Ability to take client calls independently and clearly articulate and discuss project status and requirements regarding the project.

Ability to attend and interact Pre Sales calls.

Responsibilities Communicate with the client for requirement analysis

Perform a technical analysis of requirements & to prepare detailed technical design

Handle the team of developers / mentoring the juniors by task briefing, review the tasks & giving feedback

Preparation of external documentation such as Requirement Specification, User Manual, System Manual, Technical documentation

Developing the internal documentation such as Project Plan, Database design, Functional design
