M365 Technical Architect * 10 + experience in Management and complex troubleshooting issues on M365 Applications * Good experience and knowledge on Exchange online/Premise, MS Team Admin/Voice, ADFS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure AD. * Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues. Roles & Responsibilities * Technically Lead the Project and provide guidance to team members * Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems in existing or new systems Experience with administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory and ADFS. * Experience with modern authentication techniques, especially AAD Service Principals * Guide and train junior members in day-to-day procedures as necessary * Lead onshore and offshore resources technically. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. * Continuously working with customer and understand the technical requirement and delivering the technical requirement. * Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs and design.
