As a Technical Application Specialist you will diagnose, troubleshoot and test solutions for FP&A integrated with Kinetic and P21 ERP products.

• Engage with customers via email or chat to diagnose application issues, troubleshoot problems, and test solutions with precision.
• Resolve challenging software or system failures using a customer-centric approach and in-depth functional product knowledge.
• Apply understanding of financial and accounting principles to address ERP-related challenges in the financial domain.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the development team to resolve system malfunctions and ensure continuous product improvement.
• Keep up with ERP software updates and changes to deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers.
• Contribute to and utilize the team’s knowledge base articles and FAQs to foster continuous learning and better service deliver
  
  

What You Will Likely Bring

• Experience in ERP systems or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Customer experience skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be beneficial.
