Position Summary

The Technical Analyst r eviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff

This is an onsite Denver based role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager/team in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance
• Well versed in hospital revenue cycle operations
• Assist in translating business reporting requirements
• Proactively review and provide data analysis
• Plays a role in the data standardization process and helps develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring
• Assists with monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Builds a strong understanding Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies
• Strong attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of the data
• Works quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the customer particularly when faced with tight turnaround times?
