We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Technical Analyst to join our team at SII Belgium. You will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and translate them into AI-driven solutions. You would join various teams working in Agile mode for projects in the Energy, Retail, Banking or Telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives 
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals 
• Write functional specifications for data processing chains 
• Design and implement AI frameworks and systems.
• Develop and optimize AI-driven solutions.
• Apply your Python expertise in data science and ML applications.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLM) and AI workflows.
• Fine-tune prompts for optimal AI performance.
• Craft intuitive and effective conversational AI experiences.
• Support, manage the development of projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Write user and business guides, design training or information materials product.  
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in AI solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong Python skills, particularly in data science and ML applications.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLM techniques and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) 
• Knowledge of relational databases and being able to write (simple) database queries (SQL) 
• Qualitative result driven and customer oriented 
• At least fluent in English and Dutch or English and French (trilingual is a plus)
