Who You Are:

• CPA with 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience including some public accounting experience (Big4 or large national firm experience preferred)
• MBA or Masters’ in Accounting or Tax a plus
• Strong GAAP accounting experience for a relatively large public entity strongly preferred
• Strong systems skills (experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP desired)
  
  
  

What You’ll Do:

• Manage M&A projects including providing ad-hoc analysis for the Finance team
• Responsible for technical accounting research including writing technical memos
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting including SEC filings (10k, 10q, 8k, etc.), proxy statements
• Ad-hoc analysis projects to support upper executives

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The max range for this role is $161,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
