The Bolton Group is partnering with a large publicly traded, multi-national, Fortune 500, to search for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days remote.

Pay: $110K - $140K + bonus

The position will be an individual contributor, reporting to Director of Accounting.

Responsibilities include

• Month-End Close & Reporting (more than 50% of responsibility)
• Perform quarterly ASC 360 analysis for long-lived assets.
• Analyze ASC 350 & ASC 323 for goodwill, intangibles, and equity investments.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Operations, and valuation firms.
• Draft Technical Accounting Memos
• Support annual impairment and going concern analysis for equity method JVs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• CPA is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 strongly preferred).
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge (ASC 280, 350, 360).
• Solid understanding of internal controls and audit environments.
