Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the go-to technical expert for your assigned customers after they join us.
  • Lead customer onboarding, ensure smooth implementation, and support ongoing platform usage.
  • Build deep, trusting relationships with customers and fully understand their architecture and workflows.
  • Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and ongoing knowledge sharing to maximize customer value.
  • Actively monitor account status, anticipate risks, and drive quick, effective resolutions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to represent customer feedback and influence improvements.
  • Provide strategic advice and best practices tailored to customers’ specific business and technical needs.
  • Play a key role in evolving our Technical Account Management processes for a better customer journey.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or similar).
  • Solid technical expertise, especially in fields like Application Security, DevSecOps, or related areas.
  • Background in cybersecurity or software development.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-obsessed attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with security solutions like SAST, DAST, SCA, CSPM, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
