Location: Jeddah, Jordan, Riyadh, KSA.


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tech Sales Executive to join Stebilex, a leading provider of Entrance Automation, Access Control and HVM/Perimeter Security solutions.


As a Tech Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales, meeting assigned targets, and driving business development by engaging with vendors, clients, and consultants to secure product approvals and market penetration. You will also focus on developing and expanding channel partnerships in key regions.


The ideal candidate is an individual performer with strong industry expertise in Gate Automation, Sectional Doors, Dock Levelers, Border Security, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation), Homeland Security, UVSS (Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems), X-ray Scanners, Bollards, and Fencing solutions. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to understand complex project requirements and effectively position solutions that align with customers' technical and budgetary needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Understand complex project requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet the customer’s technical and budgetary expectations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely product availability and smooth deliveries.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and product approval processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets in a high-pressure environment.
  • Industry expertise in Gate Automation, Sectional Doors, Dock Levelers, Border Security, HVM, Homeland Security, UVSS, X-ray Scanners, Bollards, and Fencing solutions.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer requirements and propose customized solutions that meet technical and budgetary constraints.
  • Technical acumen to understand product specifications and integration within security infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills in security and access control markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
