About The Job

Lead and contribute to easee’s technical product development. Responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle including cybersecurity. Hiring and inspiring technical talent to contribute to and improve the product and processes including verification (QA). Collaboration with clinical staff on product validation.

Key Responsibilities / Areas And Tasks

• Lead and inspire easee’s product development team
• Contribute to and ensure high quality web-based software solutions are maintained and improved according to our quality management system standard operating procedures
• Be responsible for the technical architecture and best practices
• Deploy and maintain high-quality product in the AWS cloud
• Oversee partners and their API integration
• Oversee processes to assist customer service with issues regarding our test
• Oversee investigation, assessment and contribute to prioritising issue fixes
• Show coding excellence and mentor your team mates
  
  

Flexibility to go beyond your day to day duties to help departments as needed - Customer Service, Clinical team, Marketing & Sales.

About You

• 6+ years of proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
• Technical team leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
• Communication for all levels from management, to medical experts to developers
• Development stack: Javascript + VueJS, PHP + Laravel, Python
• Knowledge of AWS to deploy and maintain services
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies
• Have an excellent understanding of software design patterns and OOP
• Experience taking responsibility for development according to compliance standards
• Taken responsibility for cybersecurity standards
• Ability to author, maintain and review lengthy and complex (technical) documentation in English
