Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead- Principal Solution Architect to join our innovative team. As a Tech Lead - Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions for our organization. In collaboration with Engineering Leadership, you will work across multiple squads, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architectural decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive technological innovation within our organization.

● Solution Design: Develop comprehensive technical designs for software applications, systems, and infrastructure, encompassing both high-level and detailed specifications.
● Architecture Leadership: Lead the establishment of technical best practices, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
● Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and providing support in navigating technical challenges. Drive the creation of forward-thinking technical strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with diverse teams spanning product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
● Collaboration: Forge close partnerships with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements and transform them into viable technical solutions.
● Technology Evaluation: Assess existing systems, technologies, and architectures to pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement and optimization. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to bolster system performance and scalability.
● Hands-On Development: Occasionally engage in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex issues, leveraging proficiency across multiple technologies such as Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript and AWS
● Compliance Management: Ensure meticulous adherence to pertinent standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements at every phase of project execution, aligning with ISO27001, GDPR, and equivalent directives.
● Code Review and Documentation: Conduct thorough technical reviews, code assessments, and architectural evaluations to uphold compliance with established standards and specifications. Document findings and recommendations to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the development lifecycle.
● Risk Management: Identify and preemptively address technical risks associated with architecture, security, and scalability, safeguarding project integrity and success.
Detailed Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
● Minimum of 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, design, and delivery, with a proven track record of delivering complex products, with at least 5 years in a principal or lead position.
● Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, microservices, containerization, and DevOps methodologies. Proficiency in architecting solutions using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
● Advanced knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API design.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Experience working with agile methodologies and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
● Working experience in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, C++, etc., along with strong knowledge of databases, data analytics tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus
● Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Technical Skills:
• Working experience in multiple technologies (TypeScript, Node.js, React.js)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD (AWS, Azure, GCP).
