Location: Edinburgh (2 days onsite, 3 WFH)

We’re looking for an exceptional Technical Lead to join our growing engineering team, helping us drive the future of mobile applications across multiple platforms.

As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in leading the technical delivery of cutting-edge mobile features, mentoring an ambitious team, and working closely with stakeholders across product, UX, architecture, and DevOps. What you’ll be doing:

✅ Lead and mentor a talented mobile engineering team, ensuring technical excellence across projects.

✅ Guide architectural design, work prioritisation, and solution development in a collaborative environment.

✅ Drive scalability, performance, usability, and maintainability across our mobile products.

✅ Collaborate across product and engineering teams to design, build, test, and deploy impactful features.

✅ Support and coach engineers to grow their skills and confidence, fostering a positive, energising culture.

✅ Be hands-on when needed: code, problem-solve, and innovate in a fast-moving agile environment.

What you’ll bring:

✔️ Experience leading engineers for at least 1+ years within a mobile development environment.

✔️ Deep expertise in React Native and strong working knowledge of Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin — bonus points for C#!

✔️ Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, achievable technical outcomes.

✔️ Passion for robust, user-friendly mobile applications with high performance and security standards.

✔️ A collaborative mindset — you're great at partnering across engineering, product, UX, and beyond.
