As a part of your team, you will

• be involved in either developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting world-class technology solutions that gives UBS the edge as the world’s leading global wealth manager
• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyse business requirements for the Trade and Cash Management applications in the Digital Core Stream in Asset Management
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• work on tech mandatory activities keeping platform free of vulnerabilities and updated with the latest version of the supported tech stack
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Trade Management Platform team in Pune, India, a truly global team with presence in Switzerland, UK and India . We build and maintain post trade applications supporting confirmations, settlements and also, regulatory reporting covering a wide range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX and commodities.

Our basic requirements

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in July 2025.

For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

Your expertise

• knowledge of IBM MQ or KAFKA, databases and basics of microservices
• basic knowledge of Cloud technology
• proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C# or C++, …)
• able to code in C# or Python also desirable
• excellent English (written and oral)
