Job Description
What is this role responsible for?
Leading overall technology strategy and governance for the product, in collaboration with technical and
architectural stakeholders
Defines and communicates a shared understanding of the objectives of an initiative & its
Drives to decision on what scope is in vs out of each
Assists the product owner to sequencing deliverables & work (i.e. features)
Ensures adherence to cost guardrails by balancing capacity, resourcing, scope, and
Balancing technical needs, ongoing improvements & stability, while lowering costs
Ensuring continuous technical delivery of most valuable product capabilities, across the workflow managing
risks and dependencies
Defining and communicating the technical vision with the technical enablers to achieve it
Ensures 52-week Product Level CBE is updated with key milestones in collaboration with the Product
Ensuring Products and teams maintains good data hygiene for feature self-assessments and championing the activity dashboard (backlog health, Feature Cycle Time).

Platform owners, architects and developers for technical and solution guidance and verification of features keeping focus on compliance, security, scalability and stability
Tech Product Owner for technical vision and Supporting Artifacts

Portfolio Tech Driver for technical escalations and alignment on 52-week CBE
