These tasks are included but not limited to, sweeping, bussing tables, cleaning counters, maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, etc. · Answers the restaurant phone line · Assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and properly store food utilizing the knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.
