Are you our future Team Manager Sales and Services Benelux?


As Team Manager Sales and Services in the Netherlands, you are responsible for leading and developing the local branch team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers. Reporting directly to the headquarters in Hamburg, you act as a key liaison between the Dutch market and the central organization. Your focus is on implementing strategic goals, optimizing internal processes, and building strong client relationships to support sustainable business growth in the region. In addition, you actively contribute to the development of new business models and innovative service offerings tailored to the local market



What your typical tasks will be


  • Build and expand a strong network of key decision-makers across the Benelux healthcare market – particularly in hospitals, clinics, and private practices
  • Maintain and further develop commercial relationships with our existing sales and distribution partners
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Actively support and participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and trade fairs/events together with the local sales team
  • Drive the implementation of new business models and innovative offerings tailored to the Benelux market
  • Manage local marketing activities and campaigns with a clear focus on measurable results
  • Lead, develop, and motivate our growing local Sales and Service team
  • Provide monthly financial performance updates and reporting to the HQ

Qualifications and required skills:


  • Proven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in selling complex products and service solutions, ideally within the medical technology, healthcare, or B2B healthcare sector
  • First leadership experience in organizing, developing, and managing small teams
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare market in the Benelux region – including hospitals, clinics, and private practices
  • First-hand experience in strategic business development
  • Confident user of CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Benelux region and occasionally to Germany (HQ)
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, combined with a high degree of self-motivation, organizational strength, and customer focus
  • A true hands-on mentality – this role requires more than leadership and strategic thinking; active involvement in sales is essential
  • Ideally based in the greater Amsterdam / Utrecht area
