Job Description
Lead and manage a laboratory sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders & key account management.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events.
Being the role model and/or leading the sales team to achieve the sales target annually
Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers' enquires
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Team Leader (Laboratory)' should have:.
Degree in any Science/Engineering or related field from a reputable University
At least 2-3 years working experience in sales and/or laboratory position in a leadership capacity
Instrumentation and/or laboratory sales or technical experience would be preferred
Able to work well in a fast paced environment
Sound business acumen particularly in identifying potentials and devising solutions to need; strong key account management
Willing to travel within Malaysia as and when required
Possess own transport with a valid driving license
