Job Description

• Lead and manage a laboratory sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders & key account management.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events.
• Being the role model and/or leading the sales team to achieve the sales target annually
• Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
• Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers' enquires
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Team Leader (Laboratory)' should have:.

• Degree in any Science/Engineering or related field from a reputable University
• At least 2-3 years working experience in sales and/or laboratory position in a leadership capacity
• Instrumentation and/or laboratory sales or technical experience would be preferred
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment
• Sound business acumen particularly in identifying potentials and devising solutions to need; strong key account management
• Willing to travel within Malaysia as and when required
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license
