We are looking for a Team Leader -Corporate Administrator to join the company.
Requirements
Degree in Law & Management/ Business Administration/ Management or a relevant professional qualification.
Min 4 years of work experience in management company or within offshore/ Financial services sector.
Knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory legislation compulsory.
Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and day to day administration of companies including GBC, AC, Funds and other licensees.
Ensure systematic and timely filing of statutory returns.
Keep tract of client billing and accounts receivable.
Liaise with offshore bankers and government bodies such as MRA, FSC & ROC.
Organise board and shareholders meetings, including preparing board packs and attending meetings as required.
Provide support to senior management and provide guidance to junior team members.
Handle clients queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
