Ensure safety standards are met
Leads and cultivates a collaborative production team
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
Duties include scheduling personnel, weekly payroll submission, training, developing, and coaching employees
Work with the team to maintain company cleanliness standards
Lead and participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness
Education / Experience: Relevant Trade Certification or Associate's Degree, or a combination of education and 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
Committed to top performance in a safe work environment
Demonstrated ability to lead a team
Problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Available to work flexible hours
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
