Role: Team Lead Software Engineering

As a B2B2C software company, our client empowers both home buyers and mortgage advisors with a fully digital mortgage experience. They seamlessly integrate the home buyer’s property journey with value-adding services such as property valuation, robo-advice for financing options, and AI-driven document classification and reading.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least three software engineers, with a strong focus on collaboration and delivery
• Proven track record in developing production-ready software, as well as maintaining and monitoring applications in live environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular for building modern, scalable front-end applications
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback with empathy and emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication skills in English (our working language) and very good proficiency in German

Location: Remote within Germany
