Summary

The job position will be involved development of Infor HR Talent migration tooling that utilizes various programming and technologies

A Day In The Life Typically Includes

  • Managing day to day operations of development team in areas of people and technical.
  • Coordination/Leading of Testing and evaluating new programs (feature enhancements / new features).
  • Manage/Ensuring quality of product
  • Coordination and managing areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
  • Determining operational practicality
  • Responsible in developing quality assurance procedures
  • Managing deployment of software tools, processes

Basic Qualifications

What will put you ahead

  • At least 7 years total experience and functioning as Team Lead/Supervisor in software development
  • Can work closely with other developers, business, and systems analysts
  • Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

  • Knowledgeable in ERP suites specifically Human Resource
