We’re now looking for a Team Lead / Senior Software Developer who will take technical ownership of projects, lead and mentor a team of developers, and build scalable and high-performance web applications using PHP, AWS and few more directions.

• Lead a team of 3–5 developers and drive end-to-end project delivery.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter).
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment using AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide team members in writing clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Maintain documentation, manage releases, and ensure timely project completion.
• Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  

• 7–12 years of experience in PHP web development, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or senior developer role.
• Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React is a plus).
• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to mobile backend development or Flutter APIs.
• Previous work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or any project management tools.
