Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Manufacturing IT Service Management and Application Management Services (AMS) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing applications, extensive experience in IT service management, and a proven track record in project management, particularly in rolling out upgraded versions of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across global factory plants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• IT Service Management:
o Oversee the IT service management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).
o Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for manufacturing applications.
• Application Management Services (AMS):
o Ensure the effective maintenance and support of manufacturing applications.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and implement enhancements.
• Project Management:
o Lead the rollout of upgraded MES versions across global factory plants.
o Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
o Ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
o Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in manufacturing IT.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing manufacturing applications and IT service management.
o Proven experience in project management, particularly in rolling out MES upgrades globally.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
o In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications:
o Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
o ITIL certification is a plus.
