Team Lead – MEP

We’re seeking a sharp and experienced Team Lead – MEP to manage and guide our BIM MEP team across international projects. This role involves overseeing model development, ensuring technical accuracy, and delivering high-quality, clash-free outputs on time.

Success in this position means leading a skilled team, maintaining strong client coordination, and continuously improving workflows and project delivery standards. As a key member of our BIM operations, you’ll ensure that every project meets our quality benchmarks

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of coordinated MEP BIM models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection)
• Review models for design accuracy, clash detection, and constructibility
• Guide the team in resolving coordination issues
• Interface with clients and consultants to understand project scope and ensure expectations are met
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and BIM standards
• Provide technical mentoring and quality control support for junior team members
• Collaborate with other discipline leads for integrated delivery

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech, B.E/M.E in Mechanical, Electrical
• Experience: 7-10 years in MEP BIM projects, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of international BIM standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
