ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for a client Team Lead Functional Analyst.

Main Tasks

The team proposed by the bidder must be able to cover all of the responsibilities listed below (non-exhaustive list of tasks which may, with the agreement of the parties, change):

▪ Capturing functional and non-functional needs based on business needs and

solution architecture

▪ Organization and documentation of the understanding needs

▪ Writing functional specifications detailed according to models

▪ Planning, organization, holding and documentation of workshops review of documents produced (monitoring of comments, additional validation)

▪ Writing “ready to build” functional specifications for integrators or internal development teams

▪ Maintenance of functional specifications produced and/or existing in order to ensure that no functional debt appears

▪ Writing of functional test scenarios and cases type FAT / SAT / IST / E2E

▪ Execution of test phases required for the Market Factory and support of business teams in the execution of acceptance tests

▪ Detection of design deviations (design bug) and trades (CR), documentation, validation and

project proposal

▪ Ensure, if necessary, the knowledge transfer to other members of the Factory Market or switch to the maintenance team

▪ Take charge of the support and maintenance of delivered products as part of projects involving the Factory

▪ Deployment and maintenance of support procedures Factory operational

▪ Analysis of problems encountered in production environments

The specific responsibilities of the Team Lead Expert / SPOC profile of the team are as follows:

▪ Supervision of the proposed team

▪ Workforce Management and consolidation of absences, leave, etc.

▪ Team representation in meetings of tactical projects*

▪ Representation of the team in Factory meetings

• Team members will participate in Factory operational alignments and meetings such as team meetings and daily meetings.
  
  

Profile sought: Team Lead Expert:

▪ Experience in the field of market process (min. 10 years)

▪ Experience in the field of MIG process (4 / 6 / DGO) (min. 5 years)

▪ Experience in the field of MIG DGO / MIG 6 process specifically (min. 3 years)

▪ Proven experience in the support for a functional team

▪ Proven experience in the complex project management

▪ Team Coordinator who will act as SPOC

▪ Proven experience in several missions for a Belgian GRD between 2003 and 2024
