As the Network Team Lead, you will be a key member of the ICT Infrastructure team, overseeing the daily operations of our network and telephony environments. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, continuous process improvement, and supporting large-scale ICT projects.

Working from our modern corporate offices in Charlestown, you will collaborate with a forward-thinking ICT Services team dedicated to innovation and service excellence across the district.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in ICT/Engineering and/or significant equivalent experience managing a large and complex data and voice network ecosystem.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work purposes.

This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
