IT Applications & Tooling Manager

🌍 Your Mission

• Oversee the lifecycle of several enterprise-grade tools used across diverse business functions
• Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
• Ensure tools are aligned with operational needs through intuitive configuration and high-quality support
• Define usage standards, streamline workflows, and drive process optimization through automation and integration
• Build strong relationships with end users, enabling feedback loops and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance and help steer strategic investment through proactive budget input and tool planning

🧠 Your Profile

• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing or evolving application ecosystems in structured environments
• Comfortable engaging with technical users and translating their needs into actionable improvements
• Strong understanding of at least one enterprise collaboration or lifecycle management platform
• Adept at working with third-party vendors, consultants, or integration partners
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of French or German is an advantage
