A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Tax Operations Manager in Andover, MA. Responsibilities: * Tax Operations Manager will manage multiple tax due diligence projects, ensuring timely deliverables * Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 professionals * Optimize processes and recommend improvements * Serve as primary liaison for clients and stakeholders * As a Tax Operations Manager, you will prepare project reports and track KPI's * Identify and resolve process gaps while driving efficiency * Recognize and pursue upsell opportunities for tax-related services* Bachelor's degree required * Minimum of 8 years of compliance experience with 5+ years in a tax-related role * Experience managing teams and projects * Strong Excel (VBA a plus) and data analysis skills * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to work across global time zones when needed
