Summary

As the Assistant to the Tax Manager as a Document Acquisition Coordinator, you will be monitoring missing information as listed by members of the tax preparation teams and communicating with clients to obtain the document necessary to properly prepare the returns. You will be expected to communicate realistic timelines and interact with Tax Manager on a daily basis with case updates. As documents are received, you will communicate with the tax preparer to inform them of receipt. This will be a demanding position and exceptional time management and customer service skills will be essential. Document Acquisition Coordinator you will be expected to perform the following: Interact with Tax Manager and Tax Preparers in a professional and timely manner Outbound calls to our existing tax client base requesting tax preparation documents. Answer/transfer calls and update clients on case status as needed. Prioritize case load and assignments as needed. Collect and scan documents into Practice Management and communicate with the tax preparer when documents are received. Minimum Qualifications: Entry Level Position High Volume Outbound call experience. Exceptional Customer service approach. Positive “Can Do” attitude!
