Summary

Position Summary: The TCM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Targeted Case Management services. This role ensures that services are delivered in accordance with regulatory standards, agency policies, and best practice guidelines. The TCM Supervisor provides support, guidance, and leadership to case management staff while ensuring that clients receive high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to TCM staff. * Review and monitor case management documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid and agency standards. * Facilitate regular team meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and share best practices. * Oversee caseload distribution and manage workload assignments among TCM staff. * Conduct audits of client records to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of services. * Offer clinical guidance to address complex client needs and service planning. * Collaborate with other departments and community partners to promote coordinated care. * Support onboarding and training of new case management staff. * Monitor performance and provide feedback through evaluations, coaching, and mentoring. * Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting Targeted Case Management services and communicate updates to staff. Qualifications: * Must live in the state of Kentucky or Indiana. * Licensed as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) in the state of Kentucky OR * A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing Targeted Case Management services. * Strong knowledge of case management practices, Medicaid regulations, and behavioral health systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: * Having an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification. * Previous supervisory experience in a behavioral health or case management setting. * Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of community resources. Work Environment: * Some local travel may be required for supervision, meetings, or client-related activities.
