About The Job

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Talent Development Manager to manage our learning and development initiatives. This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of effective training programs across all departments, fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with strong instructional design experience, an ability to identify training needs, and a passion for driving employee development and business performance. This leader will contribute at a strategic level to shape the future leadership development at Bridge in ways that are aligned with overall talent management strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Talent Development Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, while fostering a culture of accountability and service orientation to all stakeholders.
  • Act as a performance and learning consultant to senior leaders within Bridge to support their teams in their learning and development to drive business performance.
  • Measure effectiveness of initiatives by designing and managing a comprehensive evaluation framework, including business impact and ROI of learning content.
  • Design and direct strategic learning solutions that align with our business needs, following the best practices that drive employee growth resulting in overall improved business performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives and stay ahead of organizational needs.
  • Support maintenance in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and effective while ensuring all curriculum meets compliance expectations with a focus on risk areas of the business.
  • Facilitate high-level training sessions, both in-person and virtual, while supporting the Talent Associate in their delivery of content.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in training methodologies to continuously improve learning strategies.
  • Play a key role in the onboarding process by developing structured training programs that ensure new employees integrate smoothly, understand company expectations, and quickly become productive team members.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and gain trust with On-Site and Corporate teammates to ensure all parts of the business are included in the learning and development resources.
  • Assist in developing mentor programs for our new or developing employees.
  • Has an open mind, embraces change positively and flex to manage multiple situations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related role.
  • Experience working on site with a property management company is preferred.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training program development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and training technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
