We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a someone with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, organizational and project management skills, this role involves close collaboration with senior management and various departments to identify training needs, develop appropriate programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

• Designing and implement Talent Development Programs: Work with senior managers to create training initiatives that address identified skill gaps and support organizational objectives. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and employee engagement.
• Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance employee competencies and performance.
• Monitor and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of development programs and suggest improvements to ensure they meet desired outcomes.
• Support Career Development Initiatives: Assist in creating career pathways and succession plans to promote employee growth and retention.
• Collaborate with HR and Department Heads: Work together to align talent development strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and external partnerships related to talent development initiatives.
