We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, working closely with the HR team to attract, screen, and select the best talent for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with a BBA degree or equivalent and a keen interest in recruitment to kick-start a rewarding career in HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with potential hires.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
