• Spanish
• Portuguese is nice to have

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years if strong recruitment background.
• 2 to 4 years of full life cycle recruitment experience (requirement clarification & understanding, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing and onboarding)
• 2 to 4 years of strong expertise in following recruitment process and documentation.
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience being one of the top performers of the recruitment team.
• 2 to 4 of experience recruiting IT, professional candidates.
• Engineering/Manufacturing/Pharma/Healthcare recruiting is a huge plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Great personality
• Good attitude
• Highly motivated.
• Staffing and Recruiting industry background.
• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition background.
• End to End Recruiting experience.
• Experience working with ATS.
• LinkedIn and Job Board experience.
• Strong experience with sourcing using various techniques but not limited to Boolean search strings.
• Technology Understanding is a huge plus.
