  • Experience in End-to-End recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques such as job boards, social media, and employer branding
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Lead the onboarding process
  • Enable the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Documentation
  • Internal co-ordination
