Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive is supporting the implementation of local recruiting strategy and assists the recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of local strategies to attract and recruit talent.
  • Understand hiring needs and implement specific sourcing strategies.
  • Support processes of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees to the organization.
  • Contribute to talent bench-marking and talent assessment processes.
  • Achieve quality of hire and time to fill targets.
  • Support the development of talent pools.
  • Participate in internal mobility processes and development.
  • Maintain candidate management tools and recruitment status files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR.
  • Languages: English (Intermediate).
  • Previous experience and Industry background.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Media agency, Tech company, Data company.
  • Soft skills and Competencies: Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business acumen, Communication.
  • Technical skills: Office software, HR software, Candidate management software.
