Brief:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about recruitment, building high-performing teams, and be highly skilled in sourcing top talent across various platforms. This role requires someone who enjoys understanding diverse functions across the organization and excels at hiring for non-tech roles such as Sales, Marketing, Design, and more.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage various sourcing channels, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, referrals, etc to identify and attract the best talent.
  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for key non-tech roles across Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and more.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle post-hiring operational tasks like documentation, onboarding coordination, and internal HR processes.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and ensure all communication is timely and professional.
  • Stay curious to learn about different functions within the organization to better align hiring with team needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a strong candidate experience and employer brand presence.


Requirement

  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup or FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in non-tech hiring—Sales, Marketing, Creatives, etc.
  • A pro at sourcing with a creative approach to finding talent and familiarity with various hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Self-driven, curious, and open to learning across teams and departments.
  • Passionate about recruitment and energized by people and purpose.
