概要

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Advisor with experience gained within a fast-paced and complex organization, to join our expanding global People & Culture team.

You will be responsible for delivering high calibre recruitment processes across our Japan and wider APAC business & acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. You will own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing (passive and active), attracting, and assessing candidates through to offer management. This role also includes leading our graduate recruitment strategies within APAC, and coordination of recruiting activity for graduates into entry-level roles at Aurora.

Working in the central People & Culture (P&C) function, you will help to deliver attraction, selection, and recruitment strategies for graduate and intern hiring, including managing marketing campaigns, campus events, university relationships, and attending relevant attraction events.

You will thrive on juggling a variety of tasks and working in a busy and growing business and P&C team within a matrix organisation. Required Attributes

  • Extensive talent sourcing, screening experience in a complex matrix organisation
  • Experience of Early Careers recruitment / projects or similar
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Knowledge of talent mapping and candidate outreach
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of senior stakeholder management at a regional and international level
  • Knowledge of the APAC Early careers market and Higher Education
  • Experience in building and overseeing distinctive and successful marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent
  • Curious and passionate about innovation. and not afraid to experiment and learn from mistakes
  • High levels of attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Fluency in English to a C1 level is essential and native or N1 (JLPT) level of Japanese

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in LinkedIn and other sourcing tools and a data driven recruitment mindset
  • International mindset but locally knowledgeable about recruitment cultures and approaches
  • Proven experience building strong relationships both internally and externally in the Japan market and ideally across other countries in APAC
  • Proven experience working on volume recruitment also from graduate and intern level hiring, ideally within the professional services sector
  • Expertise in best practice assessment and selection for Early Careers
  • Experience and ability to deliver a clear ‘pitch’ to prospective candidates to drive interest and curiosity in Aurora
  • Problem solver mindset, experience of delivering strategic local hiring initiatives to hire and retain best in market talent

業務内容

  • Work with key stakeholders/hiring managers to create compelling and inclusive job descriptions and strategic go-to-market hiring plans
  • Use various direct sourcing tools & techniques, be comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other local job boards
  • Conduct initial conversations with candidates to better understand their backgrounds and to answer questions
  • Ensure that our candidates' experience meets our vision including but not limited to timely updates and constructive feedback where possible
  • Support the graduate selection process to ensure the selection process is efficient objective, and inclusive
  • Works with the Early Careers team and Marketing Team to agree university attraction, brand, and communication strategy that positions Aurora as a leading employer of choice for students
  • Organisation of, and attendance at, virtual and in-person events throughout the year in locations across APAC (including careers fairs, webinars, and Aurora insights days)
  • Deliver regular status updates on recruitment progress to internal stakeholders
  • Work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to deliver on ad-hoc projects, implement frameworks and guidelines and knowledge share on best practices
  • Support wider P&C activities such as employee onboarding and offboarding, if required

Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one-hour unpaid lunch
